The Del Norte Association for Cultural Awareness (DNACA_ presents its third performance of the 2013-14 season–Carlos Nunez and his quartet–at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday, Feb. 18 in Crescent Elk Auditorium, 994 G Street in Crescent City. Núñez is bagpiper, flutist and honorary member Chieftains who comes from Galicia, a Celtic region in the northwest of Spain. He combines the quality of a classical music virtuoso with the charisma of a rock star, and is one of the biggest artists in the international World/Celtic music scene.
